Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All ticket bookings are final — like showtime, once it starts, there’s no rewind.
  • If we cancel a show (rare, but it happens), you’ll get a full refund. No forms. No drama.
  • If a show gets rescheduled and you can’t make it, just reply to our email or SMS within 48 hours — we’ll take care of it.
  • Booked the wrong show by mistake? Tell us within 1 hour. We can’t promise magic, but we’ll try.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • If a payment doesn’t go through due to card or bank issues, it’s best to connect with your bank directly. We can’t help from our side in such cases.
